July 23rd, 2026Hello! I wanted a little blog on the website to talk about upcoming projects and planning for the future! I've always appreciated artists who keep their audience in the know about their current thinking.
Right now, I'm finishing up the Art Fight season! It's been very eventful so far, I've learned a lot about the direction I'd like my style to go in towards the future. I've also been loving all the attacks I've received! <3
Outside of Art Fight, I've been working on a bigger piece for My Little Pony. I recently found a large decorative panel board at my local thrift store for $5. It measures at 12in x 28in, conveniently with 8 panels! I will be painting all of the main 6 ponies onto it, as well as Sunset Shimmer and Starlight Glimmer (putting my hatred for her aside for a little bit...). Pinkie Pie is currently the only pony finished, but I'm making good progress!

HANDLE WITH CARE is my alien sci-fi rom-com series! I consider it a sci-fi because I created a new species to inhabit a version of Earth, now hotter and overblown with mountains and tall trees 1000 years into the future.
The species Felidae, a cat-like humanoid who can resist the new extreme temperatures and large, agile bodies for climbing, exploring, and taking down alien foe who are trying to takeover Earth for themselves!

OUR PROTAGONIST CHARACTERS
(in order of the image!)Valkyrie is an Android, a robotic creation made from Felidae matter and computer parts (more on them in a moment!). She is in charge of looking over the lab, and as a walking med-kid if needed. She is an assistant in the labs and an overall overseer of notes and research; she might as well be a free secretary.Radar is a gifted Felidae who created the Androids. With many trials and errors in his earlier years, he constructed the first ever Android, a 100% computer-driven being with no empathy or concept of survival. Radar would come to regret making her, as he now oversees the research process of EVERY Android, a large task that takes up most of his time. He's losing it a little in the labs...Hallie is a strong-willed Felidae who explores nearby planets with her Android assistant, Claude! She lost her parents to a house fire when she was very young, and went to live with Radar's family, her cousins. They grew up close together, but Hallie's mind never reached his level. She instead made up for this by training for the Venturer position, a group of explorers who gather information for scientists like Radar. Hallie spends her free time lazing about in their apartment, and her main hobby is drinking her cares away. She also likes karaoke!!!Claude is an Android, tasked to come along on job ventures with Hallie. His previous life is primarily unknown, both to Hallie and himself. All he remembers is that he was injured in Volunteer duty and woke up as an Android to reconstruct his body. He shares an apartment with Hallie, and Radar is his primary physician for when he needs mending. He is trying to figure out who he once was, and why his sudden befalling was kept secret from him.
